I think this qualitative research can be very in-depth, but as we have learnt in the lectures, you may find that it is necessaray to go back to the teacher again after the interviews and ask them if the researcher has/has not mis-interpretated them, so the iterative process of collection data has to be emphasized. You may also need to get comments from other professionals when you interpret the teachers' interview (e.g. educational psychologists). That is my comment only.
Although this is planned to be a qualitative research, I think the sample size should increase to about 1/3 of the no. of teachers in your school. This can be more in-deep to explore the topic you are going to discuss.
Julie, I don't know which 8 questions you will set in the interview form, but will it be enough to understand the teachers' perception. As I think this topic is very broad. It's just my little comment.
TL is supposed to be the teaching partner of class teachers in carrying out information literacy lessons. If CTs agree with the role statements of TL,IL will be taught through CPT.
In order to develop information-literate students, the librarian and the classroom teachers must assume new roles- this is what we got in these years.

Julie
Hi, I am Julie, a teacher librarian in a primary school on Hong Kong Island. Many school libraries have limited resources, like my school library is really a one-man band, but we still strive to meet the need of our users. In my spare time, I like reading, listening to music and hiking.
Nice to meet you all.
